Bicycle Safety and rental agreement

BICYCLE SAFELY ESSENCIALS:

• It’s illegal to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk.

• Ride on the street with the flow up traffic.

• Stay to the right side of the street.

• Cross streetcar tracks going perpendicular (Never cross the tracks going parallel).

• Obey traffic signs/lights.

• Lock the frame of the bicycle and the rear wheel.

• Lock the bicycle to a permanent fixture/rack.

• It is illegal to ride a bicycle while intoxicated.

• Our bicycles aren’t designed for bike stunts, please refrain from bunny hops, pop-a-wheelie’s, etc.

• There will be a repair/replacement fee for damages.

• Please don’t operate the bikes off road.

• There will be a $20 cleaning fee for bikes covered in mud.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:

• $20 fee for lost bike key.

• $15 fee for lost light.

• $40 fee for lost lock.

• $30 fee for lost helmet.

• $500 fee for lost or stolen bicycle.
