“Bigger Bottom” Seats

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Sir Mix-a-Lot’s, “Baby Got Back” is still a party favorite. When he said, “I like big butts and I cannot lie!” those lyrics are followed with, “You other brothers can’t deny!” Beautiful women come in all shapes and sizes, therefore we need to have the right bike seats to accommodate everyone. Therefore, we invested in some new wider bike seats. I’m not a big fan of the wider seat…it forces the cyclist to spread their legs more. The closer one’s legs are the easier it is to pedal and increases performance.

But I also realize that these New Orleans streets and the potholes can do a number on your booty. They certainly keep our bicycle mechanic busy making repairs! 

When we started to get more request for wider bicycle seats we placed an order to upgrade them. Since the start of the Pandemic it has been increasingly difficult to get bike parts.
